  • VINYASA / FLOW

    Vinyasa Yoga will allow you to flow with your breath and feel energized in this heated practice. Set to music, this class links movement and breath in a dynamic sequence that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. The heat helps the body open, increases circulation, and allows for a deeper release of tension. Expect to sweat, move mindfully, and leave feeling both powerful and refreshed. Open to all.

  • HATHA

    A grounding and steady practice held in a gently heated room to encourage presence, balance, and release. Moving through traditional Hatha postures with mindful breath and alignment, this class allows time to settle into each pose, creating space for both body and mind to open. The warmth supports deeper relaxation and ease, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and renewed. Open to all levels.

  • BIKRAM

    A traditional hot yoga practice consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room. The sequence is designed to work every part of the body — strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, stimulating circulation, and supporting detoxification. Practicing in the heat allows for deeper stretching, improved focus, and a challenging yet meditative experience. Suitable for all levels, with modifications available.

  • BIKRAM EXPRESS W/ MUSIC

    A condensed version of the classic 26 & 2 Bikram sequence, practiced in a heated room with the support of music to keep energy flowing. This class offers the same benefits of strength, balance, and flexibility as the full series, but in a shorter format — perfect for busy schedules. The added music creates an uplifting, motivating atmosphere while still allowing space to focus inward. Suitable for all levels.

  • BUTI

    A Somatic Movement practice that intuitively blends primal movement, with Spiral Structure Technique and deep care activation. It is a practice for every-BODY. This practice helps you to integrate your emotional experience to feel at home, empowered and inspired in your body. Buti is beat-driven (music) to guide our intuitive practice, curating an atmosphere that engages all of the senses physical and spiritual. Buti includes but is not limited to power-vinyasa, primal movement, tribal dance and plyometrics woven together for an incredible embodied experience for the individual and the group.

  • HIIT + PILATES

    A dynamic fusion of high-intensity interval training and Pilates core work, practiced in a heated room to amplify results. This class combines cardio-driven sequences with controlled, Pilates-inspired movements to strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body. The heat supports deeper muscle activation, increased circulation, and an invigorating sweat, while the Pilates focus builds stability, alignment, and mindful strength. Expect an energizing workout that leaves you feeling powerful, centered, and refreshed. Suitable for all levels and modifications offered.

  • HIIT BOOTCAMP

    An energizing, low-impact, high-intensity workout practiced in a heated room. This class combines cardio bursts, strength training, and core work set to upbeat music for a full-body burn. The heat helps increase circulation, boost endurance, and deepen muscle engagement, while the rhythm of the class keeps you moving and motivated. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling powerful. Suitable for all levels — modifications provided.

  • RESTORATIVE & YIN

    This deeply calming practice blends gentle, supported stretches with restorative postures to ease both body and mind. Poses are held for several minutes with the support of props, allowing muscles and connective tissue to release gradually while the nervous system shifts into a state of rest. You’ll leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored — a perfect complement to a busy lifestyle, a stronger practice, or simply as time to nurture yourself. Open to all levels.
